Analysis
Phase 1 of our service includes a comprehensive analysis of your business operation. Initially, a business analyst will be assigned to you, through our Sales Department. We will schedule a prearranged appointment to have you participate in a survey of the business. Your consultant will be anticipating meeting with you and appointments are reconfirmed by the consulting Department the day prior to your meeting. This is to confirm that a cooperative and receptive decision maker is available during the course of the analysis.
Our highly trained business consultants bring years of hands on business knowledge, experience and training to objectively assess all business functions within your organization. A Management Resources consultant will explore with you, in detail your business financial, operational, administrative and sales functions. This process is designed to identify your goals and define the objectives of your company.
Some key questions that will be covered are:
What current problems does you company face and how are these problems affecting business operations, profitability and the employees within the organization?
What are the root causes of these problems and how do they affect the business?
What measurements can be put in place to quantify total cost of these problems?
How is overall productivity of employees being affected by the identified problems?
Are current company policies and procedures in place to assist the organization is standardizing business operations?
Are accountability, feedback and reporting relationships working effectively to promote cohesion within the organization?
During the preliminary analysis, our primary goal is to objectively define what changes are necessary to improve business operations and profitability within your organization. Also, through the analysis, we will identify areas of waste and determine what corrective actions are necessary to avoid them.
Once we have defined what is required to make the necessary changes, we will work closely with your assigned company representative to create and prioritize a list of goals and objectives. Doing so will give everyone a clear sense of direction as to what is required to implement these changes in a cost-effective manner.
