Consultation

Consultation

Following our initial analysis of your business operations, a member from our Management Consultant team will schedule an appointment with a qualified decision making representative from your company, to explain the results of our findings, discuss possible solutions, and determine steps to implement procedures to permanently correct those areas of weakness within the organization.

Your consultation will encompass the following areas:

Analysis Procedures – We will clearly define for you how we went about conducting the analysis, the means by which we have identified existing problems and how the analysis serves to distinguish between symptoms, problems and root causes of problems. In doing so, you will gain valuable insights to understanding how our findings influence operations, employee performance and overall profitability within the organization.

Findings – A Findings Report will identify and disclose what the business analyst discovered as result of the analysis. It is through the Findings Report that both the business analyst and your assigned company representative will identify root causes of problems and how they can create other problems and symptoms within the organization.

Possible Solutions – A key factor in determining possible solutions is to look at what course of action needs to be taken to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization with the existing resources available. By identifying the root causes of problems, looking at options to deal with these root causes, both the analyst and company representative, will have a thorough understanding of what is required to implement change.

Implementation Procedures – As with any type of procedure, we will explain the basic activities, sequence of steps required and objectively clarify who, what, where, when and why actions are being taken to get to the root cause of problems which exist within the organization.

Anticipated Results – Once a course of action is defined and there is an agreement to take action through implementation, the assigned business analyst will objectively define and clarify what results can be anticipated. In doing so, everyone has a clear sense of identity as to what measurable results will occur as a result of taking action.

Follow up Analysis – As with any change within the organization, follow-up analysis is critical to assess the effectiveness of system changes and how these changes are impacting all areas of operations. Additionally, follow-up analysis helps the organization continuously improve on existing processes, by providing and opportunity to reassess and/or modify existing policies, procedures and processes.

Long Term Goals – By identifying the long term goals you want to accomplish, the business analyst can clarify how system changes and implementation/modifications to existing policies, procedures and processes will impact the long-term goals and success of your organization.

Confidentiality – Any and all information complied during rendering of services is held in the strictest confidence by Management Resources. Under no circumstance will any of your company information be disclosed by Management Resources.
